Starting from UNITE_s_7.1_20112016 (cf http://genoweb.toulouse.inra.fr/frogs_databanks/assignation/Unite/Unite_s_7.1_20112016_ITS.tar.gz ), 
ITS1 and ITS2 are splited and store in 2 different files using ITSx_1.0.10.
