The database includes plant species commonly found in apple orchards in the Lower Durance Valley. 
We based our species list on botanical surveys carried out between 2019 and 2021. 
For each species, we then extracted the sequences available in BOLD, for the rbcL and ITS2 markers. 
I then removed duplicate and outlier sequences.
